Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, dynamic Outside Sales Representative to grow with us as we rapidly expand our business. Be part of an innovative team that is dedicated to success and backed by a leading well-established construction firm, Imperial Construction Inc.


Serve as an extension of our brand while visiting potential clients within a defined territory to present Impower Connection’s offerings of designing, building and maintaining EV charging stations. Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties include, but are not limited to identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Communicate directly with the marketing team, sharing intelligence you have gathered on your sales visits to help us shape our strategy in this quickly evolving market.
Identify and establish contact with potential customers
Schedule and perform sales meeting with prospects
Conduct initial site inspections and report conditions to the operations team so they can provide an estimate
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
Generate and submit sales reports to management

We are located in Weatherford, Texas, however you will spend most of your time in your sales territory within Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas, with occasional trips to our office.

Experience Required: Experience in sales with demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
Experience with the transportation industry, car sales, electric vehicles, fleets, technology
A four-year college degree is a plus
Compensation: Base pay plus lucrative commission opportunity, excellent benefits package
Travel: Opportunity for regional travel and occasional trade shows or conferences
