These reports don’t allow us to adjust the predicted usage, so, you can be confident that the ROI Forecast Reports are not designed to help us sell more chargers. They’re designed to guide your future with confidence.
What is included?
You will receive an EV charging consultation so we can determine the appropriate equipment to meet your goals and fit your site, we will provide a cost estimate for the equipment, labor and point-of-sale system, and a revenue forecast. You will also receive the specifications for the equipment we recommend.
When will I get the report?
You will receive the report 5 days after your initial consultation.
Can I get the report faster than 5 days?
If you are in a hurry, please let us know so we can do our best to expedite your forecast.
What if I need to schedule my consultation later than two business days from now?
We can schedule your consultation appointment at a time that suits your needs, even if that Is beyond the 48 business hour time frame.
How can I be sure the forecast is accurate?
Predicting the future is not an exact science, but our tools are the best available to give you a higher chance of accuracy.
What format will my report be in?
Your report will be provided via email in PDF format and we will review the report with you via a brief video conference (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or phone call to explain the results and answer any questions you may have.
How will you know which kinds of chargers I need?
We will determine the best chargers to meet your needs during our initial consultation.
What do you evaluate during the site assessment?
We assess the primary power source location, the physical features of your site and the context of your site (competitors, amenities, EV registrations and traffic patterns in the area).
How does your report vary from others available?
Our forecast report is based on past and present data from functioning EV chargers. The historical data goes back four years and factors in current data that is updated every 15 minutes. In addition, we provide a cost estimate for chargers and installation as well as a consultation to help us develop a program that will meet your needs which are identified in the consultation.
Can I get a forecast for level 2 chargers?
We do not provide forecasts for level 2 chargers.
Why don’t you offer assessments for level 2 charger systems?
Level 2 chargers are a much smaller investment than level 3 chargers and as such can be self-funded. For that reason, data substantiating level 2 chargers is typically not required to obtain financing. Additionally, historical data from level 2 chargers is not available.
Do you offer this service for locations outside of the U.S.?
No, our forecasts are only available in the U.S.

We can help you decide which site would be the best to conduct the full forecast on using our team to conduct preliminary research. We will discuss this in your consultation, but please give us all the addresses you are considering when we schedule the consultation so we can be prepared to discuss them with you.
Once I have paid for a forecast report, how will you contact me to schedule my consultation?
You will be contacted by email and /or phone to get an appointment scheduled with one of our EV charging consultants.
Do you give refunds?
No, we do not give refunds, but if the analysis has not yet begun, we can assess a different site other than the one you initially entered into the online form at the time of the purchase.
